Arri is a seasoned and passionate Executive Coach and EQ expert with over 40 years of international experience, guiding leaders, teams and organisations to growing results through emotional intelligence. He has a background in HR at Unilever and deep knowledge and experience in the functioning of organisations, neuroscience, gestalt psychology, and non-violent communication. Arri has guided thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams worldwide. His clarity and his practical, evidence-based approach helps leaders, teams and organisations in transforming average interactions into high performing cooperation, thus unlocking growth and results, embedded in a safe working climate.
